Develop BI tools to monitor the performance of Sales and Account Management, and to produce relevant reporting.
Provide a monthly presentation of the overall BI business line performance for Western Europe & Africa region to top management.

Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to gain valuable insights.
Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track performance and identify trends.

Manage multiple sales-related projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT, to ensure project success.
Communicate effectively with sales teams to address concerns and build buy-in.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or information technology
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
Strong project management and organizational skills
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (ETL, data modeling)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel)
Advanced proficiency in Power BI
Fluency in English& French
Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL).
Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
In-depth understanding of sales processes and best practices.
