Intradiem is modernizing its growth engine for the AI era. We're standing up a GTM engineering practice from scratch, and we need a builder who treats pipeline as a system output, not a sales activity. You'll design and operate an AI machine that works autonomously in the background โ enriching data, scoring accounts, triggering outreach, and routing the right signals to the right motion. The right person moves fast, thinks in systems, and clocks daily wins. Design and operate AI-driven prospecting workflows that identify and engage high-fit accounts at scale
Build automated, personalized outreach sequences using LLM-powered tooling (e.g. Clay, Apollo, or equivalent)
Develop and maintain lead scoring models that incorporate product signals, firmographic data, and engagement patterns
Architect and maintain enrichment pipelines that keep our ICP data fresh, accurate, and actionable
Integrate data sources across our GTM stack (CRM, MAP, intent data, product telemetry) into a unified view
Partner with Engineering to expose product usage signals to the GTM stack in near-real-time
Identify and instrument PLG signals within the product (activation events, usage thresholds, expansion triggers)
Build automated workflows that route PLG signals to the right Sales motion at the right time
Collaborate with Product Management to define and operationalize the product-qualified lead (PQL) framework
Create dashboards and reporting that give Sales and Marketing visibility into pipeline health driven by product signals
Own the PLG tooling stack end-to-end โ selecting, implementing, and managing the tools that power free trial infrastructure, onboarding instrumentation, activation tracking, and self-serve conversion
Document systems, workflows, and data models to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer
Partner with Sales leadership on territory and account planning powered by data
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field
3โ5 years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or a closely related technical role at a B2B SaaS company
Prior experience in a quota-carrying sales role, SDR/BDR function, or embedded GTM partnership โ enough to deeply understand how reps work and design systems they will actually use
Demonstrated ability to build and operate automated outreach or prospecting workflows, not just configure off-the-shelf tools
Strong proficiency with at least one modern GTM data/enrichment platform (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or equivalent)
Hands-on experience integrating CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot) with marketing automation, enrichment, and sequencing tools and revops tools like Gong.
Deep expertise working with Claude and Cowork to design, automate, and accelerate GTM workflows โ not just as a productivity tool, but as a core layer of the growth stack
Hands-on fluency with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers โ ability to connect, configure, and orchestrate MCP-compatible tools (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, Slack, and internal APIs) to build multi-agent GTM automation workflows that run without human intervention
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret pipeline and conversion data and translate findings into action
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with contact center technologies or workforce automation is a plus
