Sales Operations Assistant

Job Description:

This role is part of the Greater Bay Area Sales Operations team, providing end-to-end sales administration and analytical support to field sales and channel teams. You will be responsible for sales reporting, order coordination, customer communication, competitor intelligence collection and sales system tool support, to improve sales force effectiveness and ensur e execution of sales plans across all channels.

• Solid basics in sales administration, data analysis and report generation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), with strong internal & external communication and coordination skills

• Meticulous and rigorous, able to complete routine work following standardized procedures

• Prior working experience in FMCG sales or channel operations
