We are seeking a highly experienced Business Intelligence leader to own and drive the evolution of our enterprise analytics platform. This is not a traditional reporting role. The successful candidate will inherit a business-critical Power BI environment, architect and lead the migration to an AWS-based data lakehouse and Amazon QuickSight ecosystem and establish the foundation for AI-enabled analytics capabilities.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution. You will serve as the organization's senior BI expert, partnering directly with executive leadership, Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Technology teams to deliver trusted, scalable, and intelligent analytics solutions.
Take end-to-end ownership of the existing Power BI environment.
Document current architecture, data sources, refresh dependencies, semantic models, KPI definitions, and reporting consumption.
Assess technical debt and deliver a prioritized remediation roadmap.
Maintain reliability and executive trust in all business-critical reporting.
Design and implement a scalable AWS-based data lake/lakehouse architecture.
Develop governed dimensional models including:
Star Schemas
Conformed Dimensions
Fact Tables
Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs)
Surrogate Keys
Bridge Tables
Establish ELT frameworks, testing strategies, deployment processes, and environment promotion standards.
Eliminate spreadsheet-based and manual data processing wherever possible.
Assess and rationalize existing reporting assets.
Lead migration from Power BI to Amazon QuickSight / Amazon Quick Suite.
Ensure metric consistency and executive reporting continuity throughout the transition.
Consolidate redundant reports and improve reporting adoption.
Build the semantic and governance foundation required for trusted AI-driven analytics.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline.

Proven ownership of enterprise BI platforms from architecture through delivery and support.
