Role Summary The Assistant Manager Sales Operations oversees all operational workflows that support partner onboarding, go-live readiness, inventory management, and administrative account processes. The role ensures smooth execution, high-quality service delivery, and strong collaboration with Sales, Inside Sales, and Account Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop four core teams: Onboarding, Restaurant Operations, Inventory Management and Admin Account Managers.
Manage performance, KPIs, and SLA delivery across all regions.
Ensure fast and accurate activation of new partners.
Oversee training, credentials creation, tablet delivery, technical support, switches, and merges.
Guarantee flawless partner go-live through QA calls, menu/content verification, test orders, and training validation.
Improve NPS and activation quality.
Manage tablet and SIM card stock, allocation, contracts, and GSM invoices.
Oversee end-of-deal collection and reduce faulty stock issues.
Oversee administrative requests: replacements, terminations, new contracts, annexes, bank updates
Support Account Managers teams with accurate and timely backend operations.
Standardize SOPs and centralize processes across markets.
Lead improvement projects on vendor incubation, reachability, churn validation, price disparity
Ensure strong cross-functional alignment with logistics, finance, sales, and training.
5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Vendor Ops, or similar.
Strong people management skills with experience leading large teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
Ability to manage high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment.
