POSITION SUMMARY:
The Revenue Operations Systems & Data Analyst supports the execution of Securonix’s global Go-To-Market (GTM) operations by owning the administration and day-to-day operation of key GTM tools, lead routing workflows, and data hygiene initiatives. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ensuring that our revenue systems and data foundations operate reliably, accurately, and at scale.
This role serves as the primary administrator for several core GTM tools (excluding Salesforce) and partners closely with senior Revenue Operations leadership, the Salesforce Administration team, and global GTM stakeholders. While this role does not own Salesforce administration, strong familiarity with Salesforce data models and GTM workflows is required to support routing, enrichment, and data operations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
GTM Tech Stack Administration (Non-SFDC)
Own administration and day-to-day operations for core GTM tools, including: Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Manage user access, licenses, configurations, and system audits across owned tools
Serve as the primary point of contact for tool-related issues, troubleshooting, and vendor support
Support tool enhancements, configuration changes, and feature rollouts once requirements are defined
Maintain clear documentation and operational runbooks for owned systems
Lead Routing & Data Operations
Own and monitor lead routing workflows and enrichment processes supported by Ringlead and Zoominfo
Identify, investigate, and resolve routing errors, enrichment failures, or data inconsistencies
Drive ongoing data hygiene efforts, including: deduplication of leads, contacts, and accounts; data cleanup, normalization, and enrichment; and record reassignment and territory support
Partner closely with the Salesforce Administration team to execute data updates and bulk changes
Support periodic audits to reinforce CRM data governance and accuracy
Operational Execution & Automation Support
Execute defined Revenue Operations projects with precision and attention to detail
Support automation initiatives related to routing, enrichment, sequencing, and integrations once requirements are defined
Provide operational support for internal tools, including AI-powered tools or internal automation agents
Proactively surface risks, system issues, and recurring failure points with recommended actions
Cross-Functional GTM Support
Act as the day-to-day Revenue Operations execution partner for Sales, Marketing, SDR, and Enablement teams for the tech stack you support.
Respond to operational requests related to GTM tools, routing, and data
Coordinate across regions and time zones to ensure consistent execution of GTM processes
Reinforce documented processes and best practices to support scale
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or a related role
Hands-on administrative experience with GTM Tech Stack such as: Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with exposure to AI-enabled tools or internal automation initiatives
Strong preference for experience with Ringlead and Salesloft
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce data structures and GTM workflows (Salesforce admin ownership not required)
Experience supporting lead routing, enrichment, and CRM reporting and data hygiene processes
Experience supporting global GTM teams across multiple regions and time zones
Familiarity with automation and integration workflows related to routing, enrichment, and sales engagement
Salesforce Administrator certification or advanced Salesforce configuration exposure (nice-to-have, not required)
