Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Operations Manager within our Allstar Business Solutions division. This position falls under our Fuel & Fleet Payments line of business and is located in our Knaresborough office in North Yorkshire.
In this role, you will ensure our sales processes run efficiently and effectively, capturing every opportunity generated through our customer acquisition channels. You will continuously assess lead flow, routing, and pipeline progression, identifying areas for improvement and implementing scalable solutions that drive measurable impact.
You will take ownership of key sales technologies—including our distribution engine and dialler platform—ensuring they are fully optimised to maximise the performance of our inside sales teams. You’ll also champion the use of our wider tech stack, including gamification tools that support and enhance our incentive programmes.
Working closely with the Director of Sales Operations, you will contribute to the evaluation, configuration, and enablement of sales tools across the UK sales organisation. This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, and SFDC/IT.
Ultimately, your work will empower our sales teams to focus on what they do best—selling—while improving productivity, performance, and results.
As Sales Operations Manager, you will be based from our Knaresborough office
Our business operating hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5.00pm.

Partner with sales leadership to assess process quality, uncover bottlenecks, and prioritise enhancements
Establish and maintain scalable, standardised processes and best practices
Document processes and collaborate with training teams to ensure clear guidance and adoption
Track, analyse, and report on KPIs, sales metrics, and SLAs in partnership with Sales Analytics
Support the design and delivery of performance initiatives, including gamification and incentive programmes
Provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and revenue growth
Own and optimise Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring high data quality, accuracy, and adoption
Implement and maintain robust data governance standards
Continuously enhance CRM functionality to align with evolving sales objectives
Partner with Sales Enablement to support training, onboarding, and ongoing development
Ensure sales teams have access to the tools, insights, and resources they need to succeed
Support the rollout of new initiatives, including product launches and go-to-market strategies
Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or a related sales leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced inside sales environment
Strong understanding of sales processes, funnel management, and performance metrics
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and analytics tools (e.g. Tableau or similar)
Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across senior teams
Excellent communication and organisational skills
