Email Marketing Automation Specialist

Summary

We are looking for a Transactional Email Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of transactional email communications across the ESET customer lifecycle.

In this role, you will make sure customers and partners receive the right communication, at the right moment, with the right content when important events occur, from trial activation and purchase to renewal, upgrade, onboarding and other subscription or account changes.

You will work at the intersection of marketing automation, customer experience, technology and product, coordinating transactional email requirements across multiple teams and markets.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end coordination and execution of transactional email communications across the customer lifecycle.

• Manage and improve automated email workflows, triggers and customer lifecycle communications.

• Coordinate new transactional email requirements with Marketing Automation, Product, UX, IT, Legal, Customer Care and other stakeholders.

• Translate business and product requirements into clear, actionable email implementation requirements.

• Manage email templates, dynamic content, personalization and localization processes.

• Coordinate email deployment and localization across ESET markets.

• Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure communications are accurate and provide a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

• Identify issues, dependencies and blockers and coordinate their resolution across involved teams.

• Keep transactional email processes, requirements and configurations clearly documented.

• Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and improve transactional communications and the processes behind them.

• Become a primary point of contact for transactional email communication at ESET.

What You'll Need

• Experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms such as Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Mailchimp or similar.

• Good understanding of automated customer journeys, triggers and lifecycle communications.

• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

• Working knowledge of HTML and the ability to troubleshoot common email rendering or template issues.

• Basic to intermediate SQL skills, to create and maintain data selections and segments, support automated data imports.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementation.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities.

• Ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams.

• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

This position is a maternity leave cover.

Basic wage component (gross): from 2200 EUR

• The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.

• Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months)
