Ensure all content reflects firm brand standards, approved positioning frameworks, and compliance requirements
Manage content lifecycle processes including intake, version control, updates, archiving, and sunsetting
Maintain accurate metadata, tagging, and usage mapping to ensure content is easily discoverable and field-ready
Identify outdated, duplicative, or underutilized materials and recommend consolidation or refresh priorities
Serve as an execution lead or core contributor for assigned enablement initiatives, including firmwide launches, integrations, and cross-functional programs (e.g., PEP launch support, Seminar-in-a-Box)
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and inputs across stakeholders to ensure materials are launch-ready and delivered on schedule
Develop standardized, reusable assets and playbooks to support scalable and repeatable execution across lines of business
Act as a trusted content and enablement partner to Marketing, Sales Enablement, Corporate, Integrations, M&A, and other internal teams
Gather inputs from subject matter experts and incorporate feedback efficiently and accurately
Participate in review and approval workflows, incorporating Compliance feedback with precision and professionalism
Draft and manage internal-facing field communications related to content updates, launches, and enablement initiatives (e.g., “what’s new,” “how to use,” and adoption guidance)
Translate strategic priorities into clear, concise messaging that supports advisor readiness and adoption
Partner with Sales Enablement leadership to ensure consistent messaging across channels and audiences
Support sales enablement delivery and communications to ensure advisor awareness, readiness, engagement and feedback
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
6-8 years of experience in content development within the RIA, wealth management, financial services, or investment advisory industry
Demonstrated understanding of key concepts in wealth management, investment advisory services, financial planning, and compliance considerations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word); experience with Seismic is a plus
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
Exceptional writing, editing, and organization skills with a meticulous attention to detail
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines
Experience collaborating with compliance teams and navigating regulated content environments
