Our first product, the V-One PCB printer, integrates drilling through-holes, printing conductive materials, dispensing solder paste, and reflowing circuits to enable fast iteration of circuit board designs. Our second product, the NOVA materials dispensing system, offers precision dispensing of functional materials on both flexible and rigid substrates for flexible hybrid electronics prototyping and materials research.

About the Job
Manage and maintain Voltera’s martech stack, including HubSpot for contact management, sequences, emails, newsletters, forms, and analytics
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and increase operational efficiency
Develop and maintain audience segments, lists, lifecycle stages, and other crucial campaign attribution structures
Maintain documentation for marketing systems, processes, workflows, and integrations
Contribute to marketing campaigns across email, web, digital advertising, and other channels, ensuring they are executed correctly, optimized, and delivered on schedule
Coordinate with content, creative, product marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign readiness
Investigate sales funnel leaks and collaborate with the marketing and sales teams on methods to improve lead engagement and conversion
Build and maintain marketing dashboards and generate recurring performance reports
Track marketing metrics, such as campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, pipelines, acquisition costs, and ROI and translate the data into clear, actionable recommendations for improvements
Work with the Content Marketer and Front-End Developer to support day-to-day marketing website operations, including content updates, forms, tracking, and SEO implementation
Oversee campaign budgets and conduct regular AB testing and reporting
Research, track, and analyze end-to-end customer behaviors using tools like Microsoft Clarity and implement findings into marketing initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to understand the customer experience and optimize conversion
Working conditions
About You
Post-secondary education in marketing and 5+ years of relevant work experience
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
A solid understanding of trends and best practices in online marketing
Demonstrable experience:
Leading paid advertising and email marketing campaigns
Using HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, and other tools in our martech stack
Running A/B and multivariate experiments
Contributing to inbound and outbound marketing programs
Evaluating the customer journey and optimizing for conversion
Nice to haves
Experience with web accessibility standards and guidelines
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript

Compensation
The expected base salary range for this role is CAD $58,000–$70,000. Final compensation will be based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. This range reflects base pay only and does not include bonus eligibility or benefits.
