The Role.
As a Salesforce Developer at Zühlke, you will join an agile, cross-functional delivery team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce-based digital solutions for enterprise clients. In this role, you will develop and enhance applications that address real business challenges, collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements. You will translate these needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs.
You will work across the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and Flows, applying engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle. You will also integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and automation tools, and support the creation of high-quality technical documentation. As part of your responsibilities, you will participate in design sessions and code reviews, troubleshoot platform issues, contribute to performance optimisation, and support ongoing solution enhancements.
What’s important to us.
H****ands-on Salesforce development experience, including substantial experience with Service Cloud implementations.
Salesforce Platform Developer certification (or equivalent).
Proven expertise in custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and Flows.
Practical experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
Strong background in data migration tools and processes (e.g., Data Loader, ETL tools).
Solid understanding of Salesforce administration principles, including security configuration.
Experience creating reports and dashboards to support analytics and operational needs.
Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders, including pre-sales support and solution consulting.
Familiarity with engineering best practices for large-scale Salesforce implementations, including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and knowledge retention.
Experience with OmniStudio and OmniScript is a bonus.
