About the role

We’re hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Lead to architect and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across Doctor Anywhere’s ecosystem. This role will drive engagement, retention, upsell, and reactivation using data, segmentation, and automation. If you are passionate about lifecycle strategy, personalization, and customer behavior — and want to build a next-level CRM function across five markets — this role is for you.

This role is based in Philippines.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

1. Lifecycle Strategy & Journey Mapping

  • Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding → activation → engagement → retention → upsell.

  • Map and refine cross-service journeys (teleconsult, health screenings, specialist care, home services, subscriptions).

  • Identify lifecycle breakpoints and design interventions to improve conversion.

2. CRM Automation & Personalization

  • Build automated journeys across email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app channels.

  • Develop segmentation frameworks and behavioral trigger logic.

  • Improve the relevance and timing of customer communications using data signals.

3. Retention & Engagement Growth

  • Identify retention drivers across segments and implement targeted strategies to reduce churn.

  • Develop win-back and reactivation journeys for lapsed users.

  • Improve subscription retention and cross-service adoption.

4. Analytics, Segmentation & Experimentation

  • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize messaging, timing, and sequencing.

  • Analyze customer cohorts, drop-off points, and funnel performance.

  • Work closely with Product, Growth, and Data teams to incorporate user behavior insights.

5. Regional CRM Leadership

  • Build CRM best practices for Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore.

  • Support local teams with lifecycle frameworks, content, and localized CRM assets.

  • Maintain data compliance and communication standards across markets.

About you

  • 5–8 years in CRM, retention marketing, marketing automation, or lifecycle management

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., MoEngage, Braze, HubSpot)

  • Understanding of customer segmentation, funnels, and lifecycle metrics

  • Comfort with data and experimentation (A/B tests, cohort analysis)

  • Experience in healthtech, fintech, ecommerce, or subscription business is a plus

  • A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
