Maintain and update onboarding & ramping content, ensuring decks, worksheets, LMS modules, and shared resources reflect the latest messaging and product updates
Leverage AI tools to enhance the onboarding experience – such as generating practice scenarios, summarizing key learnings, personalizing follow-ups, and helping new hires ramp faster
Organize enablement materials in tools like Notion or LMS platforms to keep content easy to find and up to date
Own onboarding logistics and calendars, including scheduling sessions, managing invites, tracking attendance, and updating shared calendars
Draft and send onboarding communications, including pre-work instructions, reminders, follow-ups, and weekly recaps
Track onboarding and ramp metrics to accelerate time-to-productivity and quota attainment, directly driving ARR growth, forecast accuracy, and overall revenue attainment
Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience and surface to GTM Leadership
You’ll work closely with GTM Enablement Leadership, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional partners – gaining exposure to how a high-performing GTM organization operates.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in program coordination, enablement, sales operations, training support, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – you enjoy keeping projects, calendars, and content organized
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Comfort coordinating across multiple stakeholders and following up to keep things moving
Interest in sales enablement, onboarding, training, or GTM strategy
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Zoom, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude), and project management or knowledge-sharing platforms (e.g., Notion, LMS tools like Mindtickle, Docebo, Interepid)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
