8 - 10 years experience in Business Support
Able to demonstrate experience managing broad range of projects to completion to achieve defined business objectives or metrics
Experience influencing and inspiring teams or business leads in driving transformational change through the delivery of strategic imperatives and operational efficiencies within a banking context operating across multiple jurisdictions.
Develop/reference frameworks to facilitate strategic priority setting and translate strategy into business priorities.
Guide business leaders and programme managers on aligning initiatives to strategic goals.
Identify competitive enablers to recommend strategic interventions, and assess internal capabilities and market dynamics to inform strategic positioning.
Contribute to the development of flexible operating models and client value propositions ensuring that the organisation remains agile, client-centric, and future-ready.
Support the initial scoping and documentation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
