What’s On Your Plate?

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance that is KPI driven.

  • Ensuring SOP compliance by the sales team and optimizing SOP based on practical learnings from sales, logistics, finance, and training.

  • Define projects that will optimize key accounts' performance, and ensure their engagement and satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular business reviews so that Key Accounts have full visibility of their performance across the country.

  • Collaborating in the execution of regional campaigns that both impact branding and sales performance.

  • Creating weekly/monthly performance reports, to track and execut KPIs and SOPs to measure team’s performance.

  • Rolling out reports for the sales team to manage sales performance.

  • Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders of our strategic partners

  • Build visibility internally and externally via deep data analysis & cross-functional business reviews to Identify industry trends.

  • Work to define projects, processes, solutions, and systems that help talabat and partners meet their objectives.

What Did We Order?

  • Seasoned BI with an orientation to sales – 5+ years of BI/analytics with exposure to sales. Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field.

  • Highly analytical & numbers-driven: cohorts, costs/resource allocations and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex relationships.

  • Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks.

  • Passionate about sales: metrics driven with a deep understanding of branding. Product sales expertise in the web technology sector and the ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels.

  • Has excellent organizational and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-

solve, multi-task and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.

  • Creativity and innovation, ability to think out of the box and conceptualize creative campaigns that can drive positive brand awareness.
