Supporting the organization of the Global Sales Summit, including coordination and event preparation;
Working closely with Global Process Owners across different sales processes with both recurring and ad-hoc tasks;
Assisting with business data analysis to generate insights and support decision-making;
Contributing to the documentation of sales processes, including the creation of video-based content;
Documenting processes and creating technical documentation to support first-level support activities for the Product Data Hotline;
Assisting in the resolution of support cases, including gathering and analyzing information from various systems, primarily SAP ERP.
Academic degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field;
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
Fluent in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken);
Ability to work collaboratively in an international and multicultural environment;
Excellent communication and documentation skills;
Duration: 12 months
