Our client is a fast-growing AI logistics startup at Series B turning Series C, seeking their first GTM Strategy hire to build product marketing and go-to-market strategy from scratch. This is a rare founding role sitting at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing โ with a fast track to Head of Product Marketing.
You'll be responsible for shaping how the market understands the product, enabling the sales team, and turning customer insights into a sharper, more compelling narrative as the company scales.
Own the product launch process and narrative for new features โ translating technical capabilities into clear customer value
Create sales enablement materials including demo scripts, case studies, and objection handling frameworks
Build and maintain market narrative and positioning through customer research and persona development
Analyze sales calls, customer feedback, and product usage data to continuously improve messaging and GTM strategy
In your first 30 days โ sit in on every sales call, audit all existing marketing materials, and shadow the Director of Marketing
2โ3 years in consulting, IB, or strategy and operations at a high-growth startup
Experience in a high-output, analytically demanding environment
Exceptional written communication skills โ complex ideas expressed clearly and concisely
Experience building decks and conducting market research
Experience working closely with sales teams on enablement
Analytical comfort with CRM and sales tool data preferred
Prior experience in a growth role preferred
High ownership mindset โ thrives in ambiguity and figures things out independently
