If you are motivated by meaningful challenges and want your impact to be real, measurable, and global, you will find purpose here.

About Us

SentinelOne is a company at the intersection of AI and security, pioneering a new operating model for cybersecurity. Our AI-native platform unifies protection across endpoint, cloud, identity, data, and AI systems to deliver autonomous detection and response with clarity and speed. By combining real-time analytics, intelligent automation, and a unified data foundation, we reduce noise, simplify complexity, and empower security teams to focus on what truly matters.

Our teams are builders, problem-solvers, and innovators committed to shaping the future of security. If you are excited to solve hard problems alongside talented, mission-driven people, we invite you to help us build a safer future for humanity.

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.

As the Sr. Director, RevOps AMER, you are the most senior Revenue Operations leader for the Americas business, and a critical executive stakeholder. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Revenue Operations & Data Intelligence, you will serve as the primary strategic architect and operational co-pilot to the SVP of Sales AMER. You will own the operating engine and the predictability behind the AMER number. You are responsible for the end-to-end design of the AMER go-to-market (GTM) engine, translating global strategy into regional execution while scaling a high-performance operations team. You will bring a proven track record of designing regional operating models that scale and predictable quarterly outcomes. You are an expert at building deep, influential relationships at the executive level and possess the analytical rigor to turn complex data into competitive advantage.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with the AMER SVP to shape and execute the regional sales strategy. Own the predictability of the business and the operating plan behind the financial targets; the SVP retains accountability for attainment.

  • Annual Operating Leadership: Own the AMER Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Lead the design and operationalization of GTM structures, including complex territory design, headcount optimization, booking targets, and regional pricing/discounting strategy.

  • Forecast Leadership: Lead the AMER forecasting cadence with clear accountability. Beyond data collection, you will provide executive-level synthesis on pipeline viability, risk mitigation, and "the story behind the numbers" to Global Leadership.

  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing AMER Operations team. You are responsible for the hiring, development, and performance of the regional RevOps team.

  • Operational Governance: Establish and run the regional operational cadence (QBRs, Weekly Forecasts, Pipeline Inspections). Define the KPIs that matter and ensure the leadership team is aligned on corrective actions.

  • Business Transformation: Proactively identify systemic friction in the AMER business. Design and execute performance-improvement strategies in partnership with Sales leadership, ensuring the region scales ahead of the curve.

  • Regional Advocacy: Serve as the primary voice for AMER within the Global Revenue Operations organization, ensuring regional requirements influence the global systems and process roadmap.

  • AI Adoption: Drive adoption of AI tools within the Sales Organization. Identify, prioritize and support practical AI use cases in forecast preparation, pipeline analysis and management, rep productivity, and territory design.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience: 12+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations; prior direct management experience a plus.

  • Proven Scale: Significant experience as the Head of AMER Operations (or equivalent, such as a regional or segment RevOps leader) in a high-growth, SaaS organization.

  • Financial Acumen: Deep expertise in enterprise sales models, multi-channel distribution, and complex financial modeling.

  • Executive Influence: A proven ability to influence at the SVP and EVP level, serving as a trusted partner to Sales leadership during periods of rapid scale or transition.

  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level command of the RevOps tech stack (SFDC, Clari/Gong, etc.) and its application in driving sales behavioral change.

  • Strategic Versatility: A unique ability to pivot from 30,000-foot strategy to "in-the-trenches" deal execution and system troubleshooting.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology discipline; MBA or equivalent executive experience preferred.
