As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving Intel's success by enabling data-driven decision-making and optimizing sales operations. Your work will directly impact Intel's ability to forecast, plan, and execute strategic sales initiatives, ensuring seamless communication between customers, sales teams, business units, and manufacturing facilities.
This role offers the unique opportunity to influence supply and revenue strategies while enhancing Intel's competitive edge in the market. Be a key contributor to creating actionable insights that inform sales decisions, improve data governance, and elevate performance tracking through advanced business intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the sales process and back-office, act as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales, and the Factory to optimize revenue and supply.
Manage order types/invoice points, JIRA requests, daily/weekly pegging/invoicing. expedite requests and change requests.
Manage demand RTF/PRF activities with customer.
Design and execute analytics to support sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities.
Act as a communication conduit between customers, sales teams, business units, and Intel factories to optimize supply and revenue and achieve mutual business objectives.
Build foundational data sets and deliver strategic insights to inform actionable decisions for sales strategies.
Partner cross-functionally within and across sales teams to monitor and improve data quality, availability, and governance standards.
Develop and implement business processes for multiple sales operations functions, such as customer supply chain management and compliance tracking.
Review and synthesize sales data to identify root causes of issues and drive resolutions.
Enhance internal business intelligence, data visualization, and reporting capabilities to support decision-making.
Deliver training on sales processes and procedures to team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong understanding of semiconductor wafer foundry operations, FPGA, and industry best practices.
Familiarity with ERP systems commonly used in semiconductor manufacturing (e.g., SAP ECC or S/4 HANA).
Hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution - Order management or a Certification in SAP S/4 HANA (SD).
Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
