Description:
HMD Transport is currently looking for a friendly, coachable and ambitious CRM Admin to join our team based in Skopje.
Duties:
Understand the sales operation, challenges, and objectives of the team
Improve operation through CRM administration and consultation
Administrate system support for the CRM
Create, manage, and optimize complex workflow rules, data validation, and permissions
Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools
LeadGen administration via Zoominfo (workflows, salesflows)
Communicating with technical support teams with HubSpot and ZoomInfo when needed
LinkedIn helper admin (monitoring and utilizing sequences for the sales team)
Looker Studio - creating and supplying reports
Requirements:
Previous experience in CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
Previous experience with lead generator programs (ZoomInfo preferred)
High School Diploma or higher (Data Analyst degree is an advantage)
Proficient English in verbal and written is a must
Team player (work experience in remote teams is an advantage)
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
