Own and optimize Deal Desk processes, including deal structuring, approvals, and automated order confirmations in Salesforce CRM and DealHub
Define and enforce commercial policies (discounting, billing terms, and deal profitability) in close alignment with Finance
Manage end-to-end subscription lifecycle events (amendments, renewals, cancellations, and partial churn) with strong financial governance
Lead commission and incentive management, including plan design, calculation, reporting, and audit readiness in partnership with Finance, Legal, and HR
Drive Order-to-Cash (O2C) optimization by standardizing and automating workflows across CRM, billing, and financial systems
Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and scale operations
Act as a key partner to Finance, ensuring accurate data flows, forecasting support, and alignment on revenue recognition and reporting
5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations
Strong experience with CRM and CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce, DealHub)
Proven track record in subscription lifecycle management
Experience with commission planning and execution
Able to work hybrid in our office in Medelllin (3 days in office)
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process discipline
Hands-on mindset with the ability to act as a gatekeeper between the commercial organization and company guidelines
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Tech
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
