The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for managing marketing data operations, campaign execution support, reporting, and process optimization across the marketing organization. This role serves as a key operational partner to marketing teams by ensuring accurate data flow, scalable campaign processes, strong database governance, and reliable reporting across marketing and CRM platforms. The role focuses heavily on acquisition workflows, database integrity, analytics, reporting, and marketing technology administration, supporting both global and EMEA marketing operations initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong operational expertise with technical aptitude and the ability to work comfortably across marketing systems, reporting tools, and data environments.

Manage and execute demand generation list operations across Marketo and Salesforce, including data uploads, reviews, processing, and acquisition workflows.
Build, maintain, and optimize our segmentations and lists.
Create and manage database hygiene campaigns to standardize, clean, and enrich marketing data improving data quality.
Monitor database health, integrity, and compliance across marketing systems and CRM platforms.
Manage deduplication and lead conversion processes using tools such as Cloudingo.
Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support marketing visibility and pipeline tracking.
Create and maintain database reports to monitor acquisition performance and data quality.
Build Salesforce lists and processes to support incomplete or missing data remediation.
Build and execute global acquisition programs to support content syndication campaigns, webinars, events, and field marketing initiatives.
Ensure timely and accurate campaign setup, tracking, and operational execution across marketing systems.
Partner with regional and global marketing teams to support campaign operations and lead processing requirements.
Build ad hoc marketing reports and dashboards for marketers and leadership teams.
Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Use SQL and reporting tools to validate, analyze, and troubleshoot marketing and CRM data.
Utilize Python and automation tools where applicable to support reporting, operational efficiencies, and process improvements.
Maintain reporting accuracy and consistency across marketing platforms and CRM systems.
Support operational reporting and performance analysis using Power BI and Salesforce dashboards.
Monitor campaign and database metrics to identify operational improvements and optimization opportunities.
Analyze marketing and acquisition data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Support and maintain integrations and reporting tools including Marketo, Salesforce, Power BI, Hightouch, and Cloudingo.
Troubleshoot data flow and sync issues between marketing automation and CRM systems.
Maintain documentation for operational workflows, processes, and system configurations.
Ensure marketing operations processes align with governance, compliance, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process enhancements.
Build and maintain simple workflow automations using tools such as Power Automate.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline repetitive marketing operations tasks.
Continuously improve acquisition, reporting, and data management processes to support scale and operational excellence.
Proficient English Speaking and Writing.
4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Automation.
Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce CRM required.
Experience managing marketing databases, lead lifecycle processes, and data governance initiatives.
Comfortable working with Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, and Python-based workflows or reporting processes.
Familiarity with marketing operations and data tools such as Hightouch and Cloudingo preferred.
Familiarity with campaign execution processes for webinars, events, and content syndication programs.
Experience building process automations using tools such as Power Automate preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing and operational data.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously.
