As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for daily management, user support, and optimizing our CRM environment. In addition, you will have the opportunity over time to take on ERP (Exact) responsibilities and broaden your role into a more general system administration position.
You ensure that our CRM solution works, keeps working, and evolves alongside the organization. You will work closely with the CRM & ERP team and support colleagues from Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Success with smart, stable solutions.
Ensure Salesforce operates reliably in daily operations
Support users with questions, resolve incidents, and manage accounts, profiles, and permissions
Monitor data quality and implement improvements in processes and system configuration
Maintain master data (accounts, products, pricing, contracts) together with the business
Implement changes in workflows, layouts, and reports
Translate key user needs into concrete system adjustments
Support periodic releases, system testing, and user acceptance testing
Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation such as manuals and instructions

At least 2 years of experience as a system administrator or application manager within a CRM/ERP environment
Experience with Salesforce is required. Experience with Odoo is a plus or a willingness to learn
You work in a structured way, communicate clearly, and think in solutions
You have affinity with processes in Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, or Customer Success
You enjoy working in a fast-growing, international, and tech-driven environment
Experience with user support, configuration, and data quality is more important than development knowledge
