Strong business systems are only valuable when they are well understood, well governed, and built around how the business actually works—and that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Business Analyst with Salesforce administration experience to support and improve our enterprise business applications, with a primary focus on Salesforce and extended support across other core platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, administrators, developers, and data teams to translate operational needs into clear requirements, practical solutions, and measurable business outcomes.
This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on Salesforce administration with traditional business analysis. You’ll help maintain data quality, support users, document processes, define enhancements, coordinate testing, and ensure Salesforce and connected platforms enable efficient, consistent, and scalable business operations.
Support Salesforce Administration and Platform Operations
Assist with day-to-day Salesforce administration activities including user support, permission and profile coordination, data updates, field and page layout maintenance, report and dashboard support, basic automation support, and issue triage.
Lead Business Analysis for Salesforce Enhancements
Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes; translate needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Bridge Salesforce, Business Central, and Business Operations
Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT delivery resources across Salesforce, Business Central, reporting, and related integrations, ensuring requirements are understood, dependencies are identified, and solutions align with end-to-end business workflows.
Drive Requirements, Testing, and Release Readiness
Coordinate requirements validation, user acceptance testing, defect clarification, training readiness, release notes, and stakeholder communications to ensure enhancements are adopted successfully and deliver the intended business value.
Improve Data Quality, Documentation, and Governance
Help maintain system documentation, field definitions, process maps, data standards, and support materials. Identify data quality issues, process gaps, and opportunities to simplify or standardize how users work in Salesforce and connected platforms.
Support Agile Delivery and Cross-Functional Prioritization
Partner with product owners and delivery teams to manage intake, refine backlogs, clarify scope, and support iterative delivery using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Loop, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years in a business analyst, Salesforce administrator, business systems analyst, or related application support role
Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce administration activities such as user support, configuration, reporting, data quality, permissions coordination, and enhancement intake
Experience supporting CRM, ERP, field service, finance, sales, operations, or other enterprise application workflows; exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred
Salesforce Administrator certification is strongly preferred; Business Analysis, Agile, or Project Management certifications are a plus
Travel: Quarterly
Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration concepts, including objects, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, flows or automation basics, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data imports/exports
Experience with work tracking and documentation tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Loop, SharePoint, or similar platforms
Understanding of CRM and ERP business processes, system integrations, SDLC, user acceptance testing, data validation, and reporting concepts; Power BI exposure is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and explain system capabilities to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable leading meetings, facilitating discussions, and presenting information to diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to foster trust, manage expectations, and build consensus
Experience influencing stakeholders and promoting process consistency across teams
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to connect small details to big-picture goals
