Director, Go-to-Market Strategy – Professional Services

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) for Professional Services (PS) to shape and scale how our Professional Services organization drives adoption of the ELERA software platform and its enabling professional services among mid-market and channel retail clients. This role owns both the strategic framework connecting Professional Services offerings to Toshiba’s broader growth objectives and the routes to market through which those services reach clients, ensuring services are positioned, packaged, and enabled to accelerate client outcomes and platform stickiness across direct, partner, and alliance-led channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 12+ years of experience in professional services, GTM strategy, or related roles, ideally in enterprise software and/or services companies.

• Experience shaping a services portfolio strategy and defining and managing multi-route GTM models at scale.

• Strong analytical and cross-functional influencing skills, paired with strong operational and relationship-management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with retail technology, POS, or commerce platforms is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Portfolio

• Define and evolve the GTM strategy for Professional Services in alignment with Toshiba's product and services roadmap and revenue targets.

• Design service definitions and packaging models that support platform adoption and expansion through new and existing routes to market.

• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and the Business Partner team to build service-led sales initiatives and value narratives for retail clients.

• Analyze market and competitive trends in retail technology services to inform Toshiba’s Professional Services strategy.

Route-to-Market Execution

• Own the route-to-market models for Professional Services and define how services themselves should be structured and packaged to enable each route.

• Partner with the Business Partner and Marketing teams to ensure the Professional Services portfolio is represented in partner enablement programs, supporting consistent, high-quality delivery across all routes.

• Ensure the services portfolio can support new routes to market, such as new regional partners and alliance-delivered models, to expand Professional Services reach.

Cross-Functional & Executive

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery leadership to ensure Professional Services strategy translates into field execution.

• Develop metrics and reporting to track how Professional Services strategy and route performance contribute to ELERA revenue growth and client retention.

• Represent Professional Services go-to-market and route-to-market strategy in executive planning and revenue forecasting discussions.
