Acting as Salesforce and Power BI system administrator including user access setup & basic training, data integrity, and diagnose and resolve various kinds of issues.
Provide timely and effective solutions to system/ reporting issues that the sales team experiences and highlight by creating a ‘case’ to be solved
Provide data and analytical support for various sales activities such as sales forecast & planning, sales booking & commission data, and KPI and related deep dives.
Conduct business analysis and generate reports per requirements through Salesforce and Power BI.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve existing processes and procedures.
Support the execution of monthly Commissions payments for the European Sales region – ie the calculation commissions and bonus payments to sales personnel based on commission plans both in the CRM tool and in Excel spreadsheets where applicable
Manage Commission ‘splits’ inbox to ensure robust, accurate and efficient resolution of problems
Support the administration of sales and performance data within the CRM system
Enter or modify Commission rates into CRM system based on the incentive plan
Set up new sales personnel / teams into CRM system
Track achievement of commission bonuses and accelerated rates
Ad hoc support on other commercial finance activities: annual planning & forecasting, cost analysis etc.
Significant experience of Salesforce or equivalent CRM system
Highly proficient in Excel & Power BI
Strong communication and interaction skills
Strong attention to detail to produce consistent, high-quality results
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to work productively in a cross-functional team environment
Comfortable raising different point of view
Demonstrated initiative to implement process improvement
B.S. degree in Data Analytics, Systems , Business or Finance-related field is preferred
Good proficiency in the English language (written and spoken).
Experience with Power BI and Salesforce is preferred
Demonstrated commissions analysis experience
2+ year business partner experience is preferred (partner with sales or commercial function is preferred)
3+ years’ progressive finance and/or sales operation / business intelligence related experience preferred
