Senior Sales Operations Analyst

São Paulo, Brazil | Hybrid

** Role Overview:**

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a key member of the Revenue Operations team, partnering closely with Sales leadership across Latin America to strengthen forecasting, pipeline management, business planning, and sales performance.

This role combines strong Sales Operations expertise with analytical and business judgment. You will analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating complex information into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership. You will also contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives while collaborating with regional and global Revenue Operations teams.

** Key Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze key sales metrics, including bookings, quota attainment, pipeline, forecast accuracy, win-loss, indirect bookings, cloud mix, and strategic initiatives.

  • Partner with Sales leadership during forecast calls and business reviews, providing insights and recommendations to improve visibility, forecast accuracy, and decision-making.

  • Perform in-depth analysis of existing dashboards, reports, and sales data to identify performance drivers, risks, gaps, and growth opportunities.

  • Serve as a regional point of contact for forecasting, quota, bookings, reporting, Salesforce, and Sales Operations processes across Latin America.

  • Support strategic business planning and growth initiatives by connecting sales performance data with actionable recommendations.

  • Contribute to QBRs and executive discussions through pipeline and performance analysis, business insights, and executive presentations.

  • Monitor strategic deals during close periods, partnering with Account Executives and Revenue Operations teams to identify risks and resolve process or booking issues.

  • Partner with regional and global teams to strengthen Salesforce discipline, data quality, reporting, and Sales Operations processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or a related function.

  • Strong experience with forecasting, pipeline management, bookings, quota attainment, sales performance, and revenue reporting.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex sales data and translate findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.

  • Experience partnering directly with senior Sales leadership, including Director or VP-level stakeholders, with the ability to influence decisions and act as a trusted advisor.

  • Strong Salesforce knowledge, including pipeline and opportunity management, reporting, and data quality.

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools for business analysis.

  • Advanced English proficiency, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across regional and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Sales or Revenue Operations across Latin America.

  • Experience with Tableau and/or Clari.

  • Experience with go-to-market strategy, business planning, or growth initiatives.

  • Experience with sales forecasting, revenue reporting, or variable compensation tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
