Buscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) de Rota ao Mercado responsável por estudar, investigar e desenhar modelos de atendimento aos clientes, atuando de forma integrada com áreas como vendas, trade marketing, finanças e supply chain.
Analisar dados internos e de mercado para identificar oportunidades de melhoria
Fomentar e impulsionar a evolução do GTM, pensando em melhorias de curto, médio e longo prazo
Desenhar propostas de modelos de atendimento e cobertura de clientes
Atuar em conjunto com áreas de interface para implementação das soluções
Aplicação e desenvolvimento de ferramentas e tecnologia para gestão do GTM
Traduzir análises em planos práticos e acionáveis
Perfil analítico com capacidade de transformar dados em insights
Gestão de projetos (PMO)
Comunicação clara e capacidade de influência
Proatividade e forte senso de accountability
Organização e visão estratégica
Experiência em áreas como RTM, Canal ou Vendas
Conhecimento financeiro básico (P&L, análise de viabilidade)
Desejável inglês e espanhol intermediário/avançado
