We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Enterprise Workflow & CLM to join our growing Technology and Enterprise Systems team supporting ongoing investments in solutions that help our teams work effectively across sports, entertainment, and culture.
In this role, you’ll bring hands-on experience administering and supporting Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), along with enterprise workflow platforms such as Asana or Monday.com. This role serves as the primary administrator and systems owner for enterprise workflow platforms (Asana, Monday.com) and Agiloft CLM, responsible for configuration, governance, and continuous improvement. The analyst will partner with Legal, Operations, and cross-functional business teams to design scalable workflows, improve financial and contract processes, and implement automation that enhances operational visibility and execution.
The ideal candidate combines business process expertise with enterprise systems configuration experience, particularly in workflow platforms and contract lifecycle management tools.
Please note that this position is a 12 month temporary position to start with the opportunity to convert after that.
Design and maintain structured workflows, templates, intake processes, and automations that support efficient project execution
Triage workflow requests and partner with teams to recommend scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards
Develop dashboards and reporting that provide leadership visibility into resourcing, capacity, project dependencies, and operational performance
Identify opportunities to automate workflows and streamline operational processes
Support integration of workflow platforms with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, finance) to improve operational visibility
Partner with business units and corporate departments to implement standardized workflows and improve cross-team coordination
Provide training, documentation, and guidance to support platform adoption and effective usage
Serve as administrator for Agiloft CLM, supporting system configuration, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements
Configure and maintain contract workflows, approval processes, templates, clause libraries, field configurations, and business rules
Support the full contract lifecycle including intake, review, approvals, amendments, renewals, and execution tracking
Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into configured CLM workflows and system improvements
Troubleshoot system issues and support users with CLM workflows and contract data management
Document contract management processes and support testing and rollout of system enhancements
Evaluate opportunities for automation and emerging capabilities, including AI-enabled workflows, that improve contract operations and execution
5–8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, enterprise systems administration, or workflow automation roles
Experience configuring or administering enterprise workflow platforms or CLM systems (e.g., Agiloft, Ironclad, Icertis, Asana, Monday.com, ServiceNow, or similar)
Strong understanding of workflow design, process improvement, and automation
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations
Ability to analyze operational processes and implement scalable workflow solutions
Experience supporting system integrations with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, or financial systems
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in media, sports, entertainment, or other fast-paced, relationship-driven industries
Experience administering Agiloft CLM or supporting legal operations / contract management workflows
Experience supporting globally distributed teams and enterprise platform adoption initiatives
Experience supporting enterprise platform adoption or governance initiatives
Base salary range: $120-130k plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
