What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
Work on enterprise level Salesforce development tasks
Work through business problems and code simultaneously
Work with Salesforce coding languages and follow standard processes for sound solutions
Work with low-code solutions such as Flow
Provide direction and consulting related to Salesforce Security and approval processes
Support with defensive programming techniques and development dedicated to testing
Support and complete Platform Ownership tasks
Collaborate with a team of established Salesforce professionals to drive projects and enhancements
Maintain detailed knowledge of business’ current technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective
Provide tier 3 support to administrators and power users
Provide reporting assistance, dashboards building
Maintain data quality by conducting data integrity audits, reviewing reports, and working with data owners to fix issues
Answer standard, process and “how to” questions, lead Salesforce trainings for admins and BA’s, provide overviews of new functionality as it becomes available
You have:
Academic background in 4 year’s Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems or related field
Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications required, advanced certifications preferred
Previous experience in or with 3+ years’ experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud in a Lightning enabled environment (or a combination of both). Experience with Communities, Agent force, Data cloud is a nice to have
Experience in participating in release management processes using either traditional change sets or third-party applications (Copado, Autorabit, Gearset, Blue Canvas, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce.com integration solutions, including SOAP API, REST API, services, and Bulk API
Skills
Understanding of Agile, SCRUM methodology. Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred
Ability to manage and prioritize engineering decisions to meet deadlines
Ability to deliver demos or presentations of completed work to small groups of audiences
