The Commercial Enablement Analyst supports the Commercial Management Team by improving the effectiveness, adoption, and visibility of commercial systems, data, and processes. Serving as a key link between Sales leadership, account managers, commercial support functions, and global CRM stakeholders, this role helps drive consistent business practices, improve data quality, and provide actionable insights that support commercial decision-making and business growth.
The position combines analytical, technical, and project coordination responsibilities to enhance system utilization, strengthen reporting capabilities, and support the successful implementation of commercial tools and initiatives. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Commercial Enablement Analyst helps ensure commercial teams have the information, processes, and technology needed to operate efficiently and effectively.
· Serve as the local CRM administrator, driving system utilization, data quality, process improvements, and user adoption.
· Develop and maintain commercial reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support pipeline management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
· Lead commercial systems and process improvement initiatives in partnership with Sales leadership and the Global CRM team to enhance data quality, reporting effectiveness, and commercial execution.
· Lead cross-functional commercial initiatives requiring collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Regulatory, Operations, and other business functions.
· Support the implementation, training, communication, and adoption of commercial systems, digital tools, workflows, and best practices.
· Evaluate and champion the adoption of AI-enabled technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve productivity, data quality, and commercial effectiveness.
· Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting capabilities, and enhance the overall user experience.
· Provide insights and recommendations to Commercial Leadership through analysis of sales performance, pipeline trends, customer activity, and CRM data to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience supporting commercial operations, CRM administration, sales operations, business analytics, or related functions.
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, and related business applications.
· Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
· Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills with a high level of attention to detail.
· Experience supporting system implementations, process improvements, user adoption, training, or change management initiatives preferred.
· Familiarity with AI-enabled business tools, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging commercial technologies preferred.
Salary Range: $75,500 - $102,000
The actual compensation that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors. This role will remain open until filled.
