We are looking for a highly driven GTM Engineer who can bridge growth strategy, outbound systems, automation, and AI-driven workflows. This role requires someone who can build and optimise scalable go-to-market systems, create intelligent outbound engines, and drive demand generation initiatives using data, automation, and modern GTM tooling.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable moving between technical execution and growth strategy โ combining analytical thinking with hands-on implementation across outbound, marketing, and automation ecosystems.
Ability to build end-to-end outbound systems; ICP segmentation by title, industry, and pain points; signal-based prospecting; targeted list building; event-led outreach strategy; A/B testing of messaging and sequences; copywriting for outbound; proficiency with Clay.com, Apollo, and Sales Navigator.
Running LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads with custom audiences; email marketing and nurture sequence design; persona-specific sales collateral creation; demand generation strategy; conference and pre-event campaign execution.
Building agentic workflows using Claude/LLMs; working with MCPs and APIs; automation; web scraping (Python, beginner level); context and prompt engineering for GTM use cases.
Data enrichment workflows (Clay, Apollo, Firecrawl); lead qualification and validation processes; building custom scoring rubrics; competitive intelligence and market research; extracting and processing structured data from unstructured sources.**
Analytical & Strategic Thinking**
Metrics-driven approach (reply rates, meeting book rates, conversion health); process planning; data-driven decision making; ability to move fluidly between technical tooling and GTM strategy.
Mission - Build and scale a high-performing GTM engine that helps SixSense crack 10 key US semiconductor accounts through intelligent targeting, automation, and execution.
Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and automation platforms.
Understanding of outbound strategy, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing.
Familiarity with AI tools, LLM workflows, APIs, and prompt engineering.
Basic Python and web scraping knowledge preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment with an experimentation mindset.
