We are looking for a GTM Engineer to help design and implement scalable Revenue Operations systems, outbound infrastructure, and automation workflows for high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of RevOps, outbound growth, data infrastructure, and AI-powered automation. You will collaborate with founders, sales leaders, and RevOps teams to design and execute modern go-to-market strategies.
Recommend and implement outbound GTM plays tailored to each client’s ICP and growth stage
Advise clients on sales tech stack selection and automation tools
Build lead allocation systems to distribute prospects across sales teams efficiently
Build ICP models using firmographic, technographic, and behavioral signals
Map Total Addressable Markets (TAM) and prioritize high-value accounts
Implement signal tracking systems using first-party and third-party data sources
Identify decision-makers and buying committee members within target accounts
Build advanced Clay workflows for data enrichment and account research
Implement AI-driven enrichment pipelines to automate manual research
Create automation workflows using tools such as Clay, APIs, and workflow automation platforms
Develop account scoring systems to prioritize high-intent prospects
Build personalized multi-channel outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn
Create scalable outbound sequences while maintaining personalization
Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on results and client feedback
Participate in weekly client calls to discuss strategy and performance
Collaborate internally using Notion, Slack, and documentation tools
Contribute to internal GTM playbooks and process documentation
Deliver performance reports and growth recommendations
2 - 4+ years of experience in Sales, RevOps, Sales Operations, BizOps, or GTM Engineering
Experience working in B2B SaaS, startups, or agencies
Strong working knowledge of Clay
Curiosity about AI tools, automation, and growth experimentation
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to learn quickly
Fluent English communication skills
Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM systems
Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n
Experience working with sales automation or outbound tooling
