Responsible for:

Sales Operations:

  • Maintain accurate pipeline data to ensure reliable dashboards, reports, and business review insights.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to keep sales data clean, complete, and up to date.

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end sales process documentation and workflow diagrams.

  • Review opportunities from Scoping to Proposing, validating estimation files, proposals, and supporting documents before Commercial approval.

  • Validate closed deals by confirming contracts or client POs are complete before final closure.

  • Participate in weekly sales and operations meetings to identify issues, follow-ups, and cross-team dependencies. Capture action items and ensure timely resolution through coordinated communication with relevant stakeholders.

  • Support sales onboarding by providing tools, training, and guidance on processes and CRM best practices.

Pipeline to Revenue process:

  • Monitor and manage the end-to-end pipeline-to-revenue process, ensuring that opportunities move accurately through each sales stage gates.

  • Track pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks, forecast revenue, and align sales activity with financial outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams for smooth handover, resource planning, and timely revenue recognition.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Produce, prepare and deliver weekly or monthly sales and financial reports, consolidating data from Salesforce and from other business systems.

  • Perform ad hoc analyses to answer specific business questions, investigate anomalies, and support decision-making.

  • Review dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.

  • Provide insights on performance trends, collaborative forecasting, and key commercial metrics to support leadership decision-making.

Core Competencies

  • CRM Proficiency - Knowledge in Salesforce and / or Hubspot, including pipeline management, reporting, data hygiene, and opportunity tracking to support sales operations.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting Skills- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheet and familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint and Word for creating clear, insight-driven reports and presentations.

  • Stakeholder Management- Ability to engage, coordinate, and influence cross-functional stakeholders—ensuring alignment and timely information flow.

  • Results-Driven Team Support- Demonstrated passion for supporting commercial teams, enabling success through accurate reporting, operational support, and proactive collaboration.

  • Time Management & Attention to Detail- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet time-sensitive deadlines, and deliver accurate work with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking - Skilled in identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and ability to work through ambiguity with sound judgement.

  • Organizational & Interpersonal Skills- Capable of managing structured workflows, maintaining documentation, and interacting effectively with diverse teams.

  • Adaptability in a Dynamic Environment- Comfortable working in fast-paced settings with shifting priorities. Able to quickly adjust to new tools, processes, and business needs.

  • English Language Proficiency- Oral and written English communication skills required for drafting business documents, reports, and stakeholder correspondence.

  • Flexibility & Willingness to Take On Additional Tasks- Readiness to support special projects, ad hoc analyses, and operational requests as the business evolves.

  • Financial Acumen- Understanding of commercial metrics (margins, revenue forecasting, pricing models, deal structures).

  • Process Documentation & SOP Development- Experience creating or maintaining business process documents, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

  • Dashboard/BI Tools- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools to support reporting and insights.

  • Contract & Opportunity Review Familiarity- Ability to spot inconsistencies between CRM data, estimates, and contract details.

Qualifications and Typical Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical/commercial support role.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (or equivalent), including pipeline management, reporting, and data validation.

  • Proven experience preparing sales and financial reports, analyzing performance trends, and supporting forecasting activities.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams

  • Prior exposure to deal validation, contract processes, or pipeline-to-revenue workflows is highly desirable.

  • Financial analysis background or experience working with margins, pricing, or revenue models is a strong advantage.

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
