First Eagle is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join their New York Institutional team. The successful candidate will mainly focus on sales support with light administrative work for the Head of Alternative Business Development, Head of Institutional, and Head of IR, Business and Product Mgmt. In addition, this hire will provide cross-coverage as needed to support other assistants during vacations or busy periods.
Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, proposals and sales materials
Ensure all materials are prepared and accurate for upcoming trainings, client, and prospect meetings
Maintain and update client information and sales tracking in Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner
Generate regular sales activity and pipeline reports
Coordinate client communications and follow-ups
Proactively conduct research and indicate findings
Help plan and coordinate internal and external meetings (events, conferences and client meetings)
Provide proactive administrative support which includes calendar management and resolving scheduling conflicts
Prepare and submit invoices and expense reports in Workday in a timely manner
Occasionally support other team members due to vacation coverage, etc.
Undergraduate Degree preferred
5+ years’ experience in the financial services industry, preferably as a sales assistant, sales analyst, or an administrative assistant on a sales team
Proficient with Salesforce and the reporting features
Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle duties with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Self-starting, entrepreneurial and resourceful – someone who “makes it happen” with a positive, can-do attitude and collaborative spirit
Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly dependable, efficient and detail-oriented
Base Salary range: $80,000 to $95,000. In addition, this role is eligible for overtime and an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to – the individual's skills, location, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
