ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Sales Operations Specialist, your work is at the heart of what we do: you would be responsible for supporting the sales team to drive effectiveness in the support of the scale and growth of the company. This includes discovering process efficiencies, gathering, and reading data, and implementing procedural changes meant to support or improve performance for the Sales team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and will feel empowered to develop and modify operational systems.This is a communication-intense role requiring good knowledge of written and spoken English as you would work with our New York team.
As a Sales Operations Specialist you will be tasked to work with our VP of Sales to help coordinate sales department initiatives and track efficacy and/or ROI. You will need to understand the Sales team’s structure and processes and uphold them cross functionally and within the operating systems.
Location: Belgrade Working hours: 14:00 - 22:00h (second shift)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Data & Reporting Management: Manage, maintain, and report on data in multiple systems. You would report on and calculate Sales team contests, spiffs, and initiatives
Sales Team Operations: Understand the Sales team’s structure and processes and uphold them cross functionally and within the operating systems. Coordinate sales department initiatives and track efficacy and/or ROI
Team Support & Documentation: Assist with onboarding and offboarding of Sales team members. You would help prepare Sales team reports and presentations which include proposal documentation, system inquiries, legal agreements, and documentation requests
Process Improvement & System Implementation: Work cross functionally to drive effectiveness in the support of the scale and growth of the company. Implement process improvement within the Sales organization and support the ongoing implementation of new systems and tools
Exercise administrative judgment; assuming responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years experience in related occupation
Bachelor's degree
Experience evidencing an interest in business and sales development with a change management skillset
CRM administration experience required; Experience in administrating Sales Tech stack preferred; experience with SalesForce prefered
Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all levels & areas of an organization
Fluent English is required; verbal & written
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
A desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to adapt to change
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints
