The Digital Consumer Operations team is responsible for enabling best-in-class digital experiences across all DTC channels for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Within this team, the Consumer Analytics sub team delivers data-driven tools and capabilities that empower decision-making and optimize performance across media, eCommerce and marketing. By integrating insights, automation and scalable infrastructure, the team enhances consumer engagement and supports commercial growth in a fast-paced, omnichannel environment.
As a CRM Automation Specialist, you drive the hands-on execution of CRM campaigns, automations and customer journeys, delivering high-quality, data-driven communications while supporting day-to-day CRM operations.
You play a key role in PVH EMEA’s CRM transformation, enabling scalable, personalized journeys by translating business needs into effective solutions and leading initiatives in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Acting as a technical expert and project lead, you collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage implementations and ensure operational excellence across CRM programs for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein
Own and execute CRM campaigns, automations and customer journeys across channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Configure and manage Journey Builder flows, triggered campaigns and Automation Studio workflows (data imports, queries, scheduling)
Design and implement scalable, trigger-based solutions and new campaign features to enhance customer journeys
Build and maintain email templates using HTML/CSS, including dynamic content and personalization (e.g. AMPscript)
Ensure data accuracy, segmentation and campaign setup (audiences, QA, scheduling) are executed to a high standard
Manage audience segmentation, data extensions and data flows, ensuring accuracy and reliability
Perform end-to-end QA checks across data, content and logic before launch
Monitor campaign and automation performance, identifying and resolving issues related to deliverability, data, or setup
Drive CRM operational excellence, ensuring scalable, efficient processes, documentation and continuous improvements
Act as a subject matter expert and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Tech, eCommerce and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions
Manage external developers and support end-to-end delivery of CRM initiatives and enhancements
Work closely with CRM and Marketing teams to understand lifecycle journeys and campaign requirements.
Support the implementation of new campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
Collaborate with technical teams when issues require deeper investigation.

Low error rates in campaign setup, data targeting and overall QA adherence

Scalable documentation and strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
3–4 years of hands-on experience in CRM or marketing automation platforms
Proven experience building campaigns, automations and customer journeys
Solid SQL skills for segmentation and data handling
Experience with HTML/CSS for email template development
Familiarity with scripting for personalization (e.g. AMPscript or similar)
Strong understanding of data structures (e.g. data extensions, audience models) and ability to work with complex datasets and campaign logic
Experience managing marketing technology implementations and projects from concept to delivery
Strong attention to detail with a clear QA and documentation mindset
Solid problem-solving and practical decision-making skills
Ability to work independently, proactively and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally
Experience collaborating with or managing external partners or development teams
Clear and structured communication skills
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
