Criteo Internal IT is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and scale robust Salesforce solutions across Media Cloud, Sales Cloud and CLM, supporting end-to-end commercial processes.
This role plays a key part in solution design, technical leadership, and delivery excellence within a highly integrated Salesforce ecosystem, while requiring close collaboration with global teams across Europe and the US in an international, English-speaking environment.
You act as a technical reference within the squad, contributing to solution design, ensuring code quality, and guiding less experienced developers
Solution Architecture & Advanced Development
Technical Design: Architect scalable solutions for complex functional areas: Pardot integrations, Lead-to-Quote/Quote-to-Cash flows, and sophisticated Contract/Subscription management.
Complex Engineering: Develop high performance logic using Apex, LWC, and Flow Orchestrator.
Media Cloud : Build advanced OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards) to support our industry-specific needs.
Modern Integrations: Design and implement event driven architectures (Platform Events, CDC, Custom Event) and manage integrations via MuleSoft and BRIM.
Technical Leadership & Quality Excellence
Guardian: Act as the guardian of code quality and platform stability through rigorous Code Reviews and the promotion of development best practices.
Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with Architects, Product Owners, and Release Managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with long term roadmap.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or refactoring.
Mentorship & Collaboration
Team Growth: Mentor and coach confirmed and junior developers, following a culture of technical excellence.
Global Interaction: Work effectively within an Agile environment, collaborating with teams across Europe and the US.

Flow, Flow Orchestrator
Apex
LWC and Aura
OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards)
Solid experience with integrations:
REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs
Event-driven patterns (Platform Events, CDC)
MuleSoft
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and limits
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling (Copado is a plus)
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for end-to-end solution quality
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams
Proactive in identifying technical risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
Comfortable challenging requirements and proposing alternative solutions constructively
Strong communication and documentation skills to support remote collaboration
Ability to mentor junior developers and elevate team technical standards

7+ years of intensive Salesforce development experience in large scale environments.
Proven Expertise: Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce data model.
Industry Tools: Hands-on experience with OmniStudio and/or Media Cloud is highly desirable.
Integration Patterns: Strong experience with REST/SOAP, APIs, and Middleware (MuleSoft experience is a plus).
