Partner with the NetSuite Admin and RevOps to ensure clean, reliable cross-system data sync
Identify and resolve gaps, redundancies, or data integrity issues across the revenue tech stack
Support evaluation and implementation of new tools or platform capabilities as the business scales
Translate business requirements into scalable automation using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve speed and accuracy across Sales and Finance workflows
Drive continuous improvement through proactive platform monitoring and refactoring
Ensure CRM data quality through validation rules, deduplication logic, and governance best practices
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support Sales, RevOps, and Leadership decision-making
Serve as a key technical resource for Salesforce-related questions, troubleshooting, and enablement
3–4+ years of Salesforce development experience in a high-growth or complex environment
Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Revenue Lifecycle Management, or CPQ-related solutions, including product, pricing, quoting, and contract processes
