Hands-on time inside at least one paid ads platform, such as Meta, LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads. This can come from an internship, a working student role, a university project or a campaign you ran yourself. We will ask you to describe a campaign you built and what you changed after looking at the results
Hands-on experience working with large language models such as Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT. You have built your own way of working with them, whether on personal projects, at university or at work, and you know from doing it where they help and where they fall short. This goes beyond the AI features built into the products you already use
Comfortable with numbers. You can work in spreadsheets, read a performance table and notice when something looks wrong
Careful with repetitive setup work. Naming conventions, URLs and tracking parameters have to be right the first time
Able to work independently on a defined task list with regular check-ins
