Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. business hours (flexible for launches and reporting cycles)
We’re hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to build, optimize, and scale automated marketing campaigns, email workflows, and lead generation systems.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will:
Build and manage automation workflows
Own lead scoring and segmentation
Execute and optimize email campaigns
Align marketing systems with sales outcomes
If you have experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo and enjoy improving systems that directly drive pipeline and revenue, this role is for you.
Build and optimize:
Nurture sequences
Drip campaigns
Triggered workflows
Design and implement lead scoring models
Test and troubleshoot workflow logic to ensure seamless execution
Design, build, and deploy campaigns using:
HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo
A/B test subject lines, copy, CTAs, and send times
Ensure email templates are:
Responsive
On-brand
Conversion-focused
Sync automation platforms with:
Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, or Zoho
Ensure accurate lead routing and fast handoffs
Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality
Track campaign-to-revenue attribution
Maintain clean and organized databases
Remove duplicates and inactive contacts
Segment audiences by:
Persona
Industry
Behavior
Lifecycle stage
Ensure compliance with:
GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA
Track and analyze:
Open rates
CTR
Conversions
Revenue impact
Build dashboards using:
HubSpot, Marketo, Power BI, or Tableau
Present insights with clear recommendations
Monitor performance and improve campaigns
Test new workflows, targeting, and messaging
Stay updated on automation tools and best practices
Recommend system improvements to increase ROI
Strong balance of technical execution + marketing creativity
Data-driven with a focus on performance and results
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive problem-solver who improves systems continuously
Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing and sales
2+ years experience with marketing automation platforms:
HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or similar
Hands-on experience with:
Workflow creation
Lead scoring
Email campaigns
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (segmentation, reporting)
Understanding of email compliance and data privacy
Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours
Certifications in HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
Experience with multi-touch attribution
Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B marketing
Experience with integrations (Zapier, APIs)
