WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Own nVent’s enterprise lead path to revenue strategy and governance

  • Architect the end‑to‑end lead lifecycle, from anonymous engagement through MQL, SQL, opportunity, and marketing‑influenced and marketing‑sourced revenue.

  • Establish global standards, definitions, SLAs, and decision frameworks that ensure consistency across regions, business units, and platforms.

  • Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Digital IT, Enterprise Marketing, and Segment Marketing to align funnel stages, routing logic, scoring models, and conversion expectations.

Build and scale a Marketing Operations & Analytics Center of Excellence

  • Develop governance, intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and operating models that enable marketing teams to execute efficiently and consistently.

  • Create training, playbooks, and enablement programs that elevate operational maturity across global marketing teams.

  • Lead a high‑performing team responsible for campaign operations, lead management, analytics, and performance insights.

Lead enterprise marketing analytics strategy

Drive operational excellence across platforms and processes

  • Collaborate with Digital IT (technical platform owners), Sales Ops, and Marketing Technology (business product owners) to optimize MarTech systems supporting lead flow, analytics, and campaign execution.

  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives that improve data capture, routing, scoring, segmentation, and reporting.

  • Ensure marketing operations processes scale effectively as nVent expands globally.

Enable teams without owning day‑to‑day execution

  • Influence and guide global marketing teams to adopt operational best practices, analytics frameworks, and lead management standards.

  • Provide strategic direction while empowering regional teams to execute within a consistent enterprise model.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior marketing leaders, helping them make data‑driven decisions that accelerate growth.

Align demand generation, paid media, and analytics efforts

  • Partner with segment and regional marketing, and agency teams to ensure campaigns are built on strong operational foundations and measurable KPIs.

  • Integrate lead path strategy with paid and organic efforts to maximize conversion and pipeline impact.

  • Support enterprise demand and lead‑generation objectives through operational rigor and insight‑driven optimization.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, demand generation operations, or revenue operations within a matrixed or global enterprise environment is highly preferred.

  • 5+ years leading teams in marketing operations, analytics, or lead management is highly preferred.

  • Proven experience designing and governing enterprise lead lifecycles, funnel definitions, routing logic, and conversion optimization.

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing analytics, attribution, KPI frameworks, and performance measurement.

  • Experience partnering with technical teams on MarTech platform improvements, data quality initiatives, and digital transformation.

  • Fluency with marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo/Eloqua/Pardot, Power BI/Tableau, Google Analytics, ABM platforms, data enrichment platforms).

  • Exceptional ability to translate complex operational and analytical concepts into clear, executive‑ready insights.

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving marketing operations and analytics practices.
