THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Analyst to join our DTG-GTM group. In this role, you will be the primary architect responsible for the end-to-end design of our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that our Salesforce and Zuora platforms are optimized for Everpure’s rapid growth in the subscription and renewals market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Architectural Strategy: Lead the design and architectural oversight of the Salesforce-to-Zuora integration, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards.

• Solution Definition: Transform high-level business strategies into detailed technical blueprints. You will own the "how" of the solution, ensuring it supports complex subscription lifecycles (ramps, swaps, cancels, and renewals).

• Techno-Functional Leadership: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Zuora Billing and Revenue modules. You will not only configure the system but also guide developers on custom code, API integrations, and workflow automation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key advisor to Sales Ops, Finance, and Product teams to drive the IT roadmap, ensuring the GTM stack supports new product launches and pricing models.

• Governance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce design patterns, coding standards, and configuration best practices. Conduct architectural reviews to prevent technical debt

• Advanced Problem Solving: Lead the troubleshooting of complex systemic issues within the billing engine or integration layer that impact revenue recognition or customer experience.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bengaluru office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT applications, with at least 3 years specifically as a Solution or Technical Design focusing on Quote-to-Cash.

• Platform Expertise:

Zuora: Deep hands-on experience in Zuora Central, Billing, and Revenue (RevPro). Must understand Zuora Object Models and APIs.

Salesforce: Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).

• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of integration middleware ( Boomi) and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling for complex subscription analytics.

• Domain Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards as they apply to SaaS and hardware-as-a-service models.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams through the SDLC from discovery and design to UAT and deployment.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Zuora Certified Administrator or Architect.

• Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect.

• Experience in a "Hardware + Software Subscription" business model.
